No way to set admin currency at tenant level

While adding a new product the price currency is coming from env variable APP_CURRENCY forcing all tenants to the same currency value.

There is no way if tenant A deals in USD and tenant B deals in AED both of them see same currency in admin product form.

Hi there,
now we can only change the admin currency from the .env file.
But in our next release, we will have an option for changing the admin currency.
