Guest checkout not working for guest user

Guest checkout not working on vanilla installation of Bagisto 2.0,
The same issue persists on demo https://demo.bagisto.com/bagisto-common/checkout/onepage -
@samparker I guess you are checking the demo in which v2.1.0 of bagisto is installed
There is a minor issue with checkout, we are working on it. Will be dropping a minor release soon to fix this.
