Tax is still not being added.

Created a tax rate.
Added this tax rate in a tax category.
Used this tax category while creating a product.
Placed order for this product. Zip code used in shipping address is same as used in range for tax rate.

tax is show when we need to refresh page after shipping address submit ,not reflect on submit?

Tax is created for a specific zip range so when you submit your address, it applies on product.
