Error importing products and viewing report

I built a CSV file with 2000 items to import into products.
When importing I received an error that the 'sku' column was missing, but it is not missing. In fact, it is the first column.

I also tried to send an email from your contact page and it would not let me do it - https://bagisto.com/en/contacts/ - I tried shortening the message, but still could not send.
