Installation on Shared Hosting throws MySql Access Error

Hi,
I have done a fresh install on shared hosting environment following the instructions here.
Installation goes without error, but when accessing the public website or the admin backoffice, I receive SQLSTATE[HY000] [1045] Access Denied error.
.Can you please guide me how to fix this issue? I'm new to bagisto/php/mysql.
Do note, when installed locally on XAMPP, no errors were faced.

Seems the user doesn't have the full privileges so please check with your hosting provider because shared hosting has some limitations on user level permission.
