vuestorefront install errors, how to fix it?

We downloaded code from https://github.com/bagisto/vuestorefront and we run 'yarn install.

But the shown errors as following. Does anyone know how to fix it?

'true' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
error Command failed with exit code 1.
