stuck on "Step: Create agent credentials..."

I successfully installed bagisto using php artisan bagisto:install.
But after that, when i am trying to install saas customizer module using php artisan saas:install, it is stuck on this "Step: Create agent credentials...". I am using windows OS. what could be the issue? how can i resolve this?

Regarding your query about SAAS installation, you need to create a ticket for that.

As of now, we only provide support for the default Bagisto issues on the forums.
