I have cleared the cache and also deleted files inside bootstrap/cache

Unless and until you won't change any package changes because it may impact the update.

use manual method to install as on package org the package is updated for 1.3.0

I dig deeper and I find out group product is not the solution for me. but somewhat bundle product is useful here
