How to upgrade Bagisto

Hello, I would like to upgrade Bagisto from 1.2 to the most recent version. My project has some plug-ins installed and theme customization. How do I go about this?

@sanjay-webkul Thank you. I'm upgrading from Bagisto version 1.2 to 1.3.1. I have the Marketplace Quotes and Multivendor extension installed with theme customization. The updated extension files for version 1.3.1 was sent and I followed the steps from the doc successfully. Errors includes;

I am able to access the front-end but getting the error message below after switching from Velocity to the custom theme.
