Import product images

Hi I have downloaded the sample csv, filled in all my data including an image 'example.jpg', I have placed the image in the following dir 'httpdocs/storage/app/import/product-images' and when I create the import I've put the above dir into the Images Directory Path box but when I import everything is there apart from the image. What am I doing wrong? Thanks

As per your concern it seems like in Images Directory Path, I think you have mentioned complete path, instead of the try to use only folder name.
