Deploying bagisto on production with custom theme

Hello, I want to deploy the app to production. I have already run the npm build prod command since I am not in development in my Store Custom Theme package, but I am still encountering the manifest error. I understand that this only applies to development, but does it also apply to the production environment? Do you have any guide for deploying to production using a custom theme?
