To change the logo of email template, you can follow below steps:

Within Shop package, goto Resources/views/emails/sales

To change customer order email template logo, open 'new-order.blade.php' just provide path of your image in <img> tag
- To change admin email template logo, open 'new-admin-order.blade.php' just provide path of your image in <img> tag
