Api for multivendor sellers

im trying to create api end for showing all sellers but some errors happen not sure why its not reconizing the controller ?

Can you check your route to see path of your controller after running command - php artisan route:cache

i did clear still same error and also when i tried php artisan route:list it give me same error

bagistotest:pa route:cache
