Create new Color, Brand etc while creating new Product

Is there any way to create new color, size, brand, etc while uploading new product instead of adding to Attribute and add product. Now how its work like we create attributes (size, brand, etc) then used those attributes in product.
Instead of that, For Example:- While creating new product, in the dropdown option, choose existing or add new to choose those attributes..

This is not possible because we select attribute family at first step of product creation and if we create attribute value or attribute at time of product creation then it will not reflect for this product
