Price Slider not Working

The price slider is not working. When you change the price range nothing happens to the list of products being displayed. Any ideas?

Are you getting any console error when moving slider?if yes please share -
I'm not getting any console message. I have the APP_DEBUG set to false, don't know if that would make a difference.

Is the issue exist for both theme?

I don't know if it is in both themes as i'm not running Velocity. I don't want to change the theme as it could mess things up on the site.
The link shows a github issue but it doesn't say how to fix it, maybe i didn't understand the post. -
