When a customer buy a product, admin should get email (gmail), how to setup this?

      all you have done correctly but may be forgot to allow less secure option in gmail configuration.

        @Vaishali-Agarwal if my site is in live server (online), then people still needs to enable less secure app ??

          Yes, email id which you have configured in the .env needs to be allow access for app, under the gmail security policy.

            @Vaishali-Agarwal but we won't be able to tell all the customers who buys to enable that, and also without enabling that we get mails from amazon, when we buy with amazon, so what is the solution? thank u.

              currently this feature is not available in Bagisto.

                Hi @Rahul74 ,
                As per your query, I would like to inform you that we have already this feature that when customer places order both admin and customer used to get confirmation mail.
                mail to admin for order id10- https://prnt.sc/trs781
                mail to customer for same order - https://prnt.sc/trs7hw

                so in case if you are not getting mails, please check credentials once.
                Please let us know in case of any further issue.
