          Hi thank you for your response but I get a pop-up notification that reads " Address in mailbox given does not comply with RFC 2822,3.6.2." when I try to reset the password. Please assist.

            you need to set the email configuration in .env file for sending mails,
            as mention here https://forums.bagisto.com/topic/1146/gmail-smtp-configuration
