      In cloudways when ever I tried to upload image/file or tried to access configuration/design under admin panel, this error occurs.

            please mention in which php version with mysql version, you are facing this issue?

              @Vaishali-Agarwal Solved.

              The problem was some folder in Storage directory was not there. Cloudways does not provide root directory access. I just create those missing folder and it works fine now.
