Translate Bagisto to another language, but I don't need to transform to a multi-language site

Hello, I need to use my bagisto e-commerce only in Japanese.
I've added 'ja' on Locales list, 'JPY' on currencies list, changed Channels default with Japanese configuration. I think is all right!

But when I am on adminsitration side to add a product for example, I always need to change English to Japanese on the top of the form, because the English is the default language, isn't it? I can change to became Japanese the default language?

I try delete de English and some errors occurs and the item Product Name is [default-en], so I can not change is to Japanese because I deleted the English language, so I add English again.

Sorry, I am not English fluent, I hope you understand my question.
