Bagisto installtion problem SQLSTATE[42S02]

Hey,
Bagisto installtion problem SQLSTATE[42S02]
please i don't know why i can't install bagisto , i installed composer ...etc
i try to install it on my browser and it's blocked after i add databese data i refluched my browser and i get this error

i log in phpMyadmin to check if connected with Databese and i found it connected.

he execute only admins , admin_password_resets, migrations , password_resets, users , this is the only colonnes.
please would you help me with that ?

run the command below

php artisan migrate

php artisan db:seed

composer dump-autoload

php artisan config:cache

yes i fixed it.
but i still looking how can i change the front-end of Admin dashboard , i mean i want to customize the Admin dashboard
please if there is any help please it will be amazing

and another error show to me when i click on Design on configuration in the dashboard this error from laravel comes , please i need help

Regarding this you can create new custom package.

how ? how can i make a package and what about variables on the dasboard how can i put on the package please if you have any tutorial explain how please help
