I am not fluent in English. I think I not clear in my question.
Actually, I wanted to remove the option of registering by the customer, because the customer's registration would occur through another system that I am developing. But I think this customization would take a lot of time, right?
So if there is a way for customer registrations to become active only after approval by the site administrator it would be very helpful at that time. -

no, right now. We don't have such feature as you wanted...but you may develop a configuration for same and set the condition on customer registration page as required.
