Is it possible to change bagisto backend theme (Dashborad)? If it possible how can I do it?

Yes, it's possible to create the theme for admin also but make sure you're using bagisto latest release 1.2.0 Beta.

we are working on the tutorial for this but you can add your theme configuration here https://github.com/bagisto/bagisto/blob/master/config/themes.php#L28
