Is there a way to take delivery charge according to the (weight,width,height) of the items?

Currently their is no way to calculate shipping charge based on the lbh.If you want this then you may check our Table Rate Shipping module available at webkul store here https://store.webkul.com/laravel-ecommerce-table-rate-shipping.html

Probably you need to create a custom package as currently we can't implement this on core project... so we have developed the Table Rate Shipping. you may review this
