Can't access admin dashboard

I can't open admin dashboard from my bagisto side. I can able to access all other admin feature but in the spesific admin dashboard url shows error. Screenshot given below with debug mood. Please Help me ASAP

As I can see it's working fine https://prnt.sc/udif0w , You need to install the php-intl function. -

@Vaishali-Agarwal Thank you very much but the solution in the above link not working. I put image in same name of the velocity logo in the correct file, in this static way I have change my logo barah!

No need to set the static image- Please check your app_url inside .env file should be valid https://bisuddhota.com/public/
then run command from the root directory.
php artisan config:cache -
@Vaishali-Agarwal not warking, anyway how can I change the footer velocity image on the bottom left side of the home page?

The header logo, as well as the footer logo of the homepage, will be changed from settings->channels-> logo https://prnt.sc/udm3pu -
