Sometimes we got error while clicked on saved address in checkout page.
Also, When we clicked on saved address and refresh the page the new address box is automatically added on the billing address section.

it seems you're on the Bagisto v1.1.2, where the issue exist on checkout please check it has been resolved in Bagisto v1.2 https://github.com/bagisto/bagisto/issues/2987either upgrade your bagisto version or you may also update the changes in existing code as mention in this PR https://github.com/bagisto/bagisto/commit/b42ccbfa9e719c8526b249bbfef1951a894d0705

Also, the checkout page is not working now.
