Error editing configurable product with more than 100 variations

Hi,
I am trying to edit a configurable product with 10 colors and 10 different sizes. So all in total I have 100 variations. When I try to edit a configurable product I got an error.

I have already entered data into it but validation fails on products with big amount of variations.

Any suggestions?

We're not experiencing this issue on v1.2.0 but would be great if you personally share your website URL along with admin credentials so that I can check.

MAX_INPUT_VARS in php.ini set to higher number fixed this issue.
