Customizing routes

Hi there, I'm new to Bagisto and it looks an awesome package but I'm having difficult with some custom themes/modules/packages.

First I started just to customizing my theme. Then I realize that when you show the products you make a ajax request to "category-products" that has options for showing the products.

There's where the problems start.

If you want to change these options you have to override ShopController. After creating a package, overriding ShopController and Helpers it won't get my custom theme. Always get views from vendor/bagisto.

Cant understand how I will resolve this (event add template??) and also can't understand the difference of having views inside de package and views on theme.
