Delete dollar sign from currency

Hello, I changed dollar sign in db, dont changed in front velocity...

I tried to clear it and with everything, to try to wipe manually and in vain.
How could I make a solution to not see that sign anymore?

I would like to put another currency, for example in the admin part it went but in velocity nothing
