Can't change the name

I am a mid-level laravel developer. want to use bagisto to convert a watch e-commerce shop. but I am a beginner at bagisto. I didn't understand those codes at all. so I try to use the admin panel. At first, I try to change the velocity name to my client's provided name. but here is an error. please help me. and suggest to me how to customize bagisto.
