How to add category cards (without product details) in a new section in the home page

I'd want to create a new section in the home page where to list categories to be shown as product card: category image + button link.

I didn't want to show products by category, but just categories (to be show as cards) without products.
Anyway I solved the same

Hello there,

Greeting for the day!

you can create categories with Display Mode and select mode description-only.
so it will be visible only Shop.
