Problem with special price

Hi, I implemented some product badges according to the catalog rules.
If a customer group has the bronze group, they will get bronze and the discount on the product card.
But if I put a special price on an object, they disappear instantly and that price appears
Possibly from retirement?
In groups I put priority 0, all conditions are true and to conclude other rules
