Upgrading Bagisto from 1.3.1 to 1.3.2

Hi all,
I'm going to migrate Bagisto from 1.3.1 to 1.3.2, by following instruction at https://devdocs.bagisto.com/1.x/introduction/upgrade-to-latest-bagisto.html#bagisto-changes.
But some doubts:- where to download the new folder of Bagisto project? Do I have to override the previous project?
- from witch location do I have to launch 'composer create-project'?

It is safe to take a backup of V1.3.1 bagisto directories and then you can download and craete a new project and follow the steps in the mentioned url to upgrade.

In the root directory of the project where you have downloaded the new version V1.3.2
