Newsletter subscription could not send email right now

I have enabled newsletter subscription from admin side but when I try to subscribe, I get this

Error! Error! Mail can not be sent currently, please try again later..

How do I proceed solving it?

Please set up your cron job as mentioned by the Laravel Scheduler.
