Taxes in product, cart and checkout pages

Is there a way to display taxes in product page? For example, the price is $19.99 and the tax is 20%. I need to display $19.99 and 20% tax, which is around $3.998. Also, for now, tax is added only in checkout page when I select the country. But I need to always display price in the cart and checkout pages as well without selecting country, because the shop I'm building will use only one country.

I think I found a solution for checkout and cart pages CONFIGURE section. I had to set a default tax location. Maybe anyone knows how to add tax in product page as I mentioned in the question above?

This feature is already implemented in the latest version in which the user has the option to enable disable the tax inclusion.
