Seems like bagisto fixed it, I'm running on v1.3.1. Still when I do configurable product, special price doesn't show, instead it shows as low as, and the lowest price. Looking for a quick response, thank you !

Special price only for a child not for the parent. When you set it in the variant it will automatically show to the parent one,
