Adding new payment method

Hi,
I have added a new payment by following the instructions here
https://bagisto.com/en/how-to-create-custom-payment-method-in-bagisto/Followed even the one in youtube but the it doesn't diplay in my admin page.
Is there any additional command to run before it appear?Thank you!

There are no additional commands, have you registered routes, publishers, etc, in the provider file, and also have you registered your provider in
config/app.php.
