How to run storate:link manually

In bagisto if we not run 'storage:link' command then there is problem with image url.There is many server where we can't run any comand how to do this manually on server.

besically we are generating the symlink by using the storage:link command -
Actually it is resolve now. My problem was that I can't have terminal access to server so I can't run storage:link command. But now I run it through controller using /Artisan.
