Redirect User to view all products from home page

How can I redirect the user to view all products when clicks on the view all button from the home page? now the user is redirected back to the home page

@tann as I run the commands its working fine. and make it in cron . so every sec database is updating , and its working fine. but I need the permanent solution ,if you could help.
