Logo issue in small(Mobile) screen

can anyone help me with the location of header and footer page, as I have uploaded the logo image the mobile version still shows the velocity logo, but on desktop it shows the logo that I have uploaded through the amdin panel, giving issue on mobile screen

As I have also added an image/Icon with transparent background. I can see the icon.
