Theme administration after website deploy bug

I was developing e-commerce shop in docker environment. After deployment admin panel did not show theme's components in theme settings - no theme were found. Despite that the shop page worked correctly - the theme was rendered correctly.
I quess it may be issue with web address (migration from localhost to example.com). However I was not able to find any solution to the problem - other than recreating website on host from the scratch.

I think you have done some customization work on this that's why theme components in theme settings are not visible
