Display Brands Carousel

Is there any possible way to add a brands carousel on the home page ? which is very similar to categroies carousel it contains a logo and a brand name

At the moment, you cannot display the brand carousel. To do so, you will need to customize it from the code side. kindly provide us with the specific location at which you need to add category carousel with the help of image.
Currently, only slider banners can be displayed on the home page, which are managed from the admin backend panel.
Setting >> Themes >> image carousel >> Action Edit as shown in the below image.
Click on Add Slider button
