Bagisto License

Bagisto is an open source e-commerce platform under the OSL-3.0 license. I'm a software house and before I start using Bagisto's code to create stores for my clients, I would like to confirm whether I will have to open the source code for all e-commerce I create for my clients because of this OSL-3.0 license.
