Coupon system

I found 2 table "cart_rule_coupons" and "cart_rule_coupons_usage". But when i use coupon, nothing update in these tables, so what purpose of this table "cart_rule_coupons_usage"?

Appears that the coupon_usage functionality hasn't been implemented fully yet.

I've had to override this for my own project.

@lwilliams-heli Let's hope that the developers still fix this problem, because the idea itself is not bad.
