Change the order of the billing address form.

Hello, on the checkout page when the client adds a new billing address the address fields order appears as the following: street address, city, country, state, zip/postcode.
Somebody could help me change the billing address fields order like this: country, zip/postcode, state, city, and street address.
And if it is possible to fix a default country.

@sanjay-webkul , I am using Bagisto v1.1.2, after this release that fix this problem I will can do the same in version 1.1.2? I did a lot of customization ....

The city item does not appear in the shipments order email and refunds email.
